Terms of Service

1. Payment
-I only accept PayPal, prices are in USD
-Payment must be sent first, payment plans for comms over $50 can be arranged
-There will be a fee if the design provided is very complex (Feel free to ask!)2. Art Process
-No major changes allowed once the commission is finished (Ex: changing position of a limb, changing of the entire expression, etc.)
-Small changes once finished are allowed
-Any changes must be made within the sketch stage!3. Copyright
-Once the commission is finished, it is yours to use with credit (Banners, icons, etc.)
-My art is not allowed to be used as NFTs
-I may used commissioned work as art examples, in portfolios, etc. Please let me know if you're uncomfortable with that!4. Other
-I have the right to refuse a commission
-I must be given a clear digital reference sheet. Shaded, heavily watermarked, or traditional ref sheets will not be accepted
-I do not give out refunds, unless I absolutely need to, thank you!
-I'm quite a slow artist, I don't draw as much/as fast as I did when I was younger, please be patient with me! But feel free to reach out for updates whenever you'd like!5. What I Will/Won't Draw
